The System – Account Management page of the Preferences dialog is used to configure user account management. Click the More... link to learn more about this process.

Access

The System – Account Management page is part of the main Preferences dialog (DXP » Preferences) and is accessed by clicking the Account Management entry under the System folder, in the left hand pane of the dialog.

Options/Controls

Altium Connection

Choose Yes or No to determine whether to connect to Altium. If you choose Yes, information about your PC may be gathered to identify you, to verify your access rights and to deliver the correct service. Information collected by Altium will not be shared with any third parties.

Account Sign in

Enter your user name and password in this section to sign in.

User Name - Enter your user name in this field, this is the the user name created when your Altium Account Credentials were created. Contact your local Altium representative if you do not have your Altium Account credentials available.
Password - Enter your Altium Account password in this field.

Altium Account management Servers

Location - Select the server location for your Altium Account.
