NanoBoard 3000 - User Prototyping Area

Frozen Content

The NanoBoard 3000 provides a dedicated prototyping area, courtesy of an array of unconnected test points. 36 of these points (around the top edge of the array) are connected directly to I/O pins of the User FPGA – the same I/O pins that are made available at the User I/O Headers (User Header A and User Header B).

In addition, power (1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, +B) and ground signals are also supplied, along the bottom edge of the array.

Use the dedicated prototyping area to quickly test out additional hardware.

Location on Board

The prototyping area is located on the component side of the board, directly below the User I/O Headers.

Schematic Reference

The signals that are preconnected to the array (I/O, power and ground) can be found on Sheet 63 (PROTOTYPE_A.SchDoc, entitled User Prototyping Area) of the motherboard schematics.
