The Summer 08 release of Altium Designer lets you create your next-generation of electronic products. Embedded designers, board-level experts and system engineers have access to over 150 new power packed features and enhancements that let you design in new ways.

What's new in Altium Designer Summer 08

Service Pack 1
This release focuses on general enhancements and includes support for Altera Stratix III and LatticeXP2.

This service pack is available via the web update feature in Altium Designer (DXP >> Check for Updates) and as a download.

Important information

Any third-party add-ons that have been developed for previous releases of Altium Designer may not be fully compatible with Altium Designer Summer 08. If you have developed an add-on to Altium Designer, you may have to update it prior to using it with Altium Designer Summer 08. Alternatively, if you have purchased a third-party add-on to Altium Designer, please contact your distributor to verify its compatibility with Altium Designer Summer 08.
