Update Project Variants From Library

Summary

This dialog allows the designer to select parameters to be used when the selected project variants are updated.

Access

In Variant Management dialog (Project » Variants), click Menu in lower left corner,  choose Update Parameter Values From Library, click OK in appeared Browse Libraries dialog, the Update Project Variants From Library dialog will appear.

Options/Controls

• Parameters Grid - List out all parameters of the selected component, check to enable the parameters to be updated. Parameters are marked grey if they can not be used for update (such as when no component contains a parameter of that name).
• Variants Grid - List out all variants existing in current project. Check to enable the variants to be updated.
• Choose Component - Click to open Browse Libraries dialog, in which you can choose which variants to be updated.
