The System - Desktop Layouts page of the Preferences dialog.

Summary

As its name suggests, the System – Desktop Layouts page of the Preferences dialog allows you to manage the desktop layouts.

Access

The System – Desktop Layouts page is part of the main Preferences dialog (DXP » Preferences) and is accessed by clicking the Desktop Layouts entry under the System folder, in the left hand pane of the dialog.

Options/Controls

Standard layouts

Apply the default layout - Change the desktop layout to default as defined in system
Apply the startup layout - Change the desktop layout to the state when you open the software

Manage layouts

Load a saved layout - load an existing layout file
Save the current layout - Save current desktop layout as a file
