The Choose Item Dialog.

Summary

This dialog allows the designer to choose an existing released component Item from a linked target vault for a component.

Access

In Component Properties dialog, check Use Vault Component option, then click Choose button to access this dialog.

Options/Controls

Top Side

The top of the dialog shows the name of current active vault, click Triangle icon to change vault, refresh vault, or manage vault configurations.

Click icon to hide Component Item summary section, click icon to hide Vault Folders, click to refresh vault contents.

Type key words in search box to search for desired component Items.

Left Side

This section shows the structure of vault folders. The authorized designer can add, remove or edit folder properties in this section.

Right Side

This upper section shows the vault Items existing in selected folders.

The lower section shows summary information of a selected Item, the default view is Summary. The designer can also view Item's Supply Chain, Lifecycle, Where-used, and Preview.

Click OK to link a vault Component Item to schematic component.
