The Annotate Compiled Sheets Dialog.

Summary

The Annotate Compiled Sheets dialog provides controls to assign or reassign sheet numbers to compiled sheets of the current project, so that they are unique and in specified order. The dialog has a list consisting of three Document, Hierarchy Path and Sheet Number columns for you to update and check-over before effecting annotation of compiled sheets. Use the Number Sheet, Move Up and Move Down buttons to sort the document ordering in this list.

Access

First, make sure the project is compiled already. In compiled view of the schematic sheets, click Tools » Annotate Compiled Sheets.

Options/Controls

All compiled schematic sheets are listed out in the table, including hierarchy path and sheet number. The annotation will be executed according to the schematic list order.

Annotate Sheet - Click to access Numbering Order and Numbering Method options for sheet annotation.
- Numbering Order - There are three options available: Display order, Sheets Hierarchical Structure - Depth First, or Sheets Hierarchical Structure - Breadth First.
- Numbering Method - There are two options available: Increasing, Decreasing.
Move Up - Click to move the selected schematic sheet up.
Move Down - Click to move the selected schematic sheet down.
