Summary

This command is used to preview and print a report containing all messages currently listed in the Messages panel.

After launching the command, the Report Preview dialog will appear, with a report containing all current messages in the Messages panel already loaded. Use the various controls in the dialog to adjust the view of the report.

Click the Print button to launch the Print dialog, from where you can determine what is printed and to which printing device the job is sent.

If you want to export the report, use the Export button to open the Export Report From Project dialog. Use this dialog to determine where, by what name and in which format, the exported report will be saved. The report can be exported in various formats, including: Excel (*.xls); Adobe PDF (*.pdf); Rich Text (*.rtf) and Web Page (*.htm; *.html).

Availability

Right click any message line in the Message Panel , and run command Print... from the popup menu.

Notes

By default, the name of an exported file will have the format: DXP Message List at [Date] [Time].[Extension], where [Extension] will depend on the file format you have chosen.
