Create CFile From Code Symbol (Right-Click)

Summary

This command is used to create a new C source code document from the C Code Symbol currently under the cursor. A shell function is created using the information specified on the Signature tab of the C Code Symbol dialog. In this way, you can define how you want an independent module of FPGA logic to 'plug-in' to the rest of your design, prior to writing the C-based functionality of that logic.

Availability

In Sch Editor, right click at one Code Symbol and choose menu Code Symbol Actions » Create C File From Code Symbol from the popup menu to launch the command.

Once launch the command, it will generate one c file.
