The Mechanical Layer Pairs Dialog.

Summary

You can use this dialog to define Mechanical Pairs.  Mechanical Layer Pairs are used to handle layer-specific component data. For example, if you have component footprints that require glue information, define this on a mechanical layer in the Library Editor, then pair this mechanical layer with another. When the footprint is flipped to the bottom of the board, the information on the first mechanical layer is automatically transferred to the paired mechanical layer.
