In the PCB Editor, run command Help » Popups » Zoom » Window [Z].

Details

After launch the command, the mouse cursor will be cross, keep pressing left button of the mouse and drag the mouse over the proper area of the PCB to make a rectangle, release the mouse button, it will fit specified area
