Details

After launching the command, a filter will be applied to the current document, using the underlying query. All design objects that fall under the scope of the filter will remain fully visible, with all other design objects becoming dimmed.

Notes

Only those objects that fall under the scope of the filter will remain available for selection and editing. To make another object available for editing when it is dimmed, either apply a different filter that will include that object within its scope or clear the current filter, whereby all design objects in the workspace will become fully visible and available for editing.
