Summary
This command is used to test for the existence of a valid parallel port in the host computer. It does not test whether or not the cable connecting the host to the NanoBoard(s)is physically connected at either end.
After launching the command, an information dialog will appear. If a valid parallel port has been detected, the dialog will report this and the address of the port will be given (e.g. 378H). If the host does not have a valid parallel port, you will be alerted to this fact.
