Summary
This dialog allows designer to set up the publish destination at box.net
Access
From the Vaults panel, simply select the specific revision of the Blank Board or Assembled Board Item you wish to publish documents for, and switch to the Content view. Publishing commands are available from the right-click menus for the Released Documents and Design Snapshot panes respectively. Select Publish Released Document to » Box Publishing Area
Options/Controls
Location
Specify the destination path for the data to be published. Folders which don't already exist will be created
Sharing
- Password - Set up the password for the published folder(optional).
- Email Addresses - An email notification will be sent to the email addresses
- Message - Specify the content of the email notification
Note
- To publish Vault items to Box.net, you must add publishing destinations first in Publishing Destinations page under Data Management area in Preference dialog.
