New Rule - Silk to Silk Clearance

The legibility of silk layers will be ensured with new Silk to Silk Clearance rule, a new rule added to the Manufacturing Rule set. Silk to Silk Clearance checks the clearance between any silkscreen text and other silkscreen primitives. The check ensures that the distance is equal to or greater than the user-specified value (as shown in the image below).
