Downloading Zip Files

Many of our download files are contained within Zip format compressed files. On some systems you may require a utility to extract the contents of the zip file.

If a zip file appears to be empty when using the Open button this is likely to be caused by your browser's cache being full. In this case, in the Internet Options, Temporary Internet Files section choose Delete Files.

Viewing / Downloading PDF Files

To view PDF documents you will require Adobe® Reader®.

The links to PDF documents are set to open in a new browser window.

To download a PDF document, right click the link and choose Save Target As or Save Link Target As.
