No Linked FPGA Project

Summary

This dialog appears because the signal electrical characteristics are stored in a constraint file and not in PCB project, therefore a FPGA project must be linked to the PCB project. 

Access

While working in the PCB project and there is no linked FPGA project,  this dialog appears when trying to launch the FPGA Signal Manager dialog (Tools >> FPGA Signal Manager).

Options/Controls

• Link to an existing FPGA project -  Enable this option to browse to an existing FPGA project to link to the current PCB project.
• Create a new FPGA project - Enable this option to invoke the PCB To FPGA Project Wizard to create a new FPGA project.
