Constraint-File Assignments for FPGA Project

Summary

This dialog allows the designer to add new constraint files, or remove existing constraint files, and choose a target constraint files for a FPGA project configuration.

Access

In Configuration Manager for FPGA Project dialog (In a FPGA project, run command Project >> Configuration Manager), press constraint file name link to access this dialog.

Options/Controls

• Main Grid - Lists out all added constraint files for FPGA project. All configuration are listed in Included In Configuration column, check the box to include related constraint file to the configuration.
• Add - Click to open Choose Constraint files to add to Project dialog, the designer can browse for target constraint files to be added to project.
• Delete - Click to remove a selected constraint file. After clicking the button, a confirming dialog will appear, click Yes to remove the constraint file.
• Fit To Width - Click to auto adjust the column width of grid table.
